Beachhouse with Ricepaddy-View

This is my beautiful quiet house surrounded by rice-paddies on three sides and the ocean right in front on the fourth side. For surfer a great right-hander reefbreak is located right in front of the house within two minutes walk. Sunrise at the balcony - sunset at the terrace. Perhatihan: Tidak ada tempat parkir yg dekat rumah karena ada gang kecil saja. Tempat buat mobil adalah di jalan umum, 200m dari rumah. Terus rumah hanya bisa empat orang dewasa sama anak kecil dua. Thanks! The two bedrooms are on the first floor - both connected by a long balcony with ocean-view and sunrise. Both bedrooms got strong fans and safe moskitonets. The house is built the way the wind usually goes nicely through the bedromms all night if you open both the door and the window which is no problem since you're in the first floor. The open-space living-room is the heart of the house. Next to it is the open kitchen with stove and oven. Big windows on three sides of the room give it it's natural brightness and make you feel like in open space. Use the sliding-doors to access the big 40-m2-terrace. The guests have access to all rooms. I won't be around but always available by phone or email. My family will take care of my guests during their stay and will be happy to help in case any problems will show. The contact phone-number will be offered as soon as the booking is confirmed. A housekeeper will show twice a week to do some cleaning during your stay. If you don't like this service please let me know. There's hardly a neighborhood. I only got one neighbor with a little house but usually he's not around - so it's a very remote quiet place. Going from the village to the nearby town called Cijulang you gotta drive a motorbike or bicycle yourself or use one of the professional motorbike-taxis (Ojek). There are also cars available (including driver) to rent or hire. If you need me to assist you in booking one of those, please let me know. The surfboards are mine and are NOT included in the rent - please leave them in the rack. Thanks.
