에어비앤비 예약시 다가구중 1가구 주택만 예약하는 것입니다. 밤늦도록 시끄러운 파티는 엄격히 금지하고 있습니다. 조용한 대화 및 숙박 만 가능합니다. 시끄러운 파티로 다른 세대에 영향을 줄 경우 퇴실 조치 됩니다. 최대 숙박인원은 4명이며 추가인원이 오거나 잠시 들리는 것도 허용하지않습니다. 주택은 주방시설 (조리기구 및 조미료 등 포함)과 화장실, 샤워실 그리고 방 3개로 구성되어있습니다. 로비 주차장 입구에는 작은 GYM 이 있어 운동을 하실수있으며 루프탑에는 바베큐 시설이 있어 친구분들과 함께 한강과 서울 전망의 루프탑에서 바베큐를 하실수있습니다. 1층의 작은 마당에는 래브라도 리트리버종의 태리 견공이 함께 살고 있습니다. 원하시면 주변 산책을 데리고 나가셔도 됩니다.
