La Casetta - tranquillità tra mare e montagna

Immersed in the greenery, among the hills of Val Menocchia, stands 'La Casetta', a small and charming independent house, recently renovated. Perfect for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday and enjoy the landscape that surrounds it. However, it adapts to all needs: it is located a few kilometers from the sea and at short distance from wonderful villages, it also allows mountain lovers to reach the Sibillini Mountains in just over an hour. The house consists of kitchen with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and large bedroom with double bed. The French windows (all equipped with mosquito nets) in the kitchen and in the bedroom give direct access to the garden, making the house very bright. The spacious garden is shared with the main house and is entirely usable by guests. They are also guaranteed privacy in the garden area which they access from the bedroom. 'La Casetta' is located just 10 km from Cupra Marittima, the first seaside village with several bathing establishments and a large free beach. From here, you can go south and reach Grottammare first and San Benedetto del Tronto after. If you go north from Cupra, you'll reach Pedaso and Porto San Giorgio. Many of these villages have the main part of their territory on the sea and a small agglomeration in the old part, higher than the coast (very beautiful are in particular Grottammare alta and Cupra alta). Inland, numerous villages are worth a visit. The closest ones: Montefiore dell'Aso (3 km); Massignano (7 km); Campofilone (11 km); Ripatransone (9 km); Cossignano (10 km); Montalto Marche (18 km); Torre di Palme (20 km); Fermo (22 km). Going a little further, you can reach the Frasassi Caves, the Abbey of Fiastra, the Conero, Loreto. If, on the other hand, you are a mountain lover, there are numerous excursions that can be done in the area of the Sibillini Mountains just over an hour away: to Mountain Vettore, to Mountain Sibilla, to the Gorges of Infernaccio, Lake of Pilato, to the Gorge of Furlo.
