Room 1: a queen bed Room 2: two single beds with extra bed will be provided based on reservation of 5 guests in Airbnb platform. Bus stop M54 at front of house, to Epping station, Macquarie Uni, Parramatta. Bus stop 541 is in 10 mins walk, to Eastwood station. Short walk to Carlingford Court, Epping station.Vacuum cleaner is available upon request. Please read "House Rules" for your own comfort. For adults & kids to enjoy, there's a park & playground in front of our house. You have absolute privacy & tranquility on this beautiful near new house, where you could have relaxation surrounded by the garden, with private back verandah. This house has separate entrance. The owner lives on separate house but available 24/7 should you require assistance. Unlimited space for free street parking infront of the house, easy & safe. Carlingford Court ( Coles, Woolworths, Target, Deli, Seafood shop, Indoor pool, Gym, Liquor shops, Foodcourt, Chinese restaurant, Banks, etc.) is about 10-15 mins walking distance.
