The unit is less than a 2-minute walk to public transport, gourmet local shops, cafes, pubs, takeaway or just a short 10-minute drive to the city. The bathroom is containing a shower and bath with basic toiletries and towels provided. The unit has split system air conditioner to keep you comfortable. If you don't feel the need to leave, enjoy the sunshine in your cosy private outdoor courtyard at the rear of the unit. The bedroom has a queen bed fitted with 100% soft Microfibre hypo-allergenic sheets and two large empty wardrobes for storage. The space can sleep up to four people as the sofa folds down to form another double bed on arrangement. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi and (Hidden by Airbnb) Chromecast to cast Netflix or preferred movies and TV shows from their device. Guest access There is free undercover car parking for a small car at the rear of the property. This space is clearly marked in the centre park of the garage to the right as you drive down the driveway. This park is very small and guests are welcome to park there at their own risk. The wide street has plenty of free parking for larger cars and caravans. Guests are to self check-in with the keypad door. A code will be sent to guests via text prior to check in. There is a popular café just 50 meters away called Devour Café Patisserie who have a variety of sweet delicacies to compliment their delicious coffee and serve breakfast and lunch until 3pm. Across sir Donald Bradman drive just 150 meters away there is Schnit House who serve a wide variety of schnitzels and American diner style food. If schnitzels aren’t for you, there is the Hilton Hotel on the corner of South Road and Sir Donald Bradman drive who have an extensive menu. The Hilton also has the closest bottle shop. The bus stop is a two minute walk located on Sir Donald Bradman Drive which takes you directly to the CBD or the beach. If you’d like a private vehicle, an Uber will cost approximately $14 to the CBD.
