Alegria Estate Villa

Alegria Estate Villa is the one of two spacious houses surrounded by olive trees, in an enclosed area of 1600m2. It is conveniently located 4 km from Lefkada town , at the seaside village of Ligia in a quiet area.Each villa is autonomous without common use areas. At the garden the two villas are separated by an outdoor privacy screen. The villa consists of two levels, at a total size of 100 m2. At the ground floor there are the living room,the kitchen and a wc. In the living room there is a sofa and a spacious dining table where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner. The kitchen is separate, bright and fully equipped (fridge, built-in oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, nespresso machine,coffee maker). Upstairs there are the main bathroom and three bedrooms: one double- bed room and two single-bed rooms. The living room and the bedrooms on the first floor have individually controlled air conditioning (a/c).For families with children a baby highchair and a bed guard rail are available on your demand. My co host Thomas or me will be there to welcome you, give the keys and show you the inside of the house. Contactless check in and check out is offered if you wish.Before and during your stay we are available for anything you might need to ask. We will also provide you with useful information about places to eat and drink and leisure activities . Lygia is a small fishing port on the east coast of Lefkada. It is located only 5km away from Lefkada town which offers plenty of amenities and attractions for tourists. It is well connected with other parts of the island, because from there there are bus lines to the south and to the north of the island. The village is small and perfect for a peaceful holiday. At the picturesque harbor of Ligia you will find fishing boats and fish taverns. All around on the main street, there are bakeries, fruit stores, mini markets, cafes, grill, pizzeria and restaurants .Within walking distance from the house to the main road there are a mini market and the bus stop. The closest beach (about 700m from the house)is located at the exit of Lygia towards Nidri, where the beach is larger and has a plenty of natural shade. The beach has a view on the fortress of Agios Georgios. Lygia can also be an excellent base for visiting Lefkada. It is at a distance of 11 km from Nidri, 5 km from Agios Ioannis beach , 9 km from Agios Nikitas and 10 km from Kathisma. The famous beaches Porto Katsiki and Egremni are about 45km away from Lygia. Now you can reach the Egremni beach only by boat from Nydri or Vasiliki. There are several traditional villages, on the west coast, that you could visit if you are willing to try some of the local specialties. Although a small town, Lygia provides plenty of opportunities for an interesting and eventful vacation. At about 300m from the house on the main road of Lygia, there is bus stop. There is also free parking at the house. - Free WiFi -Streaming TV (Netflix) -Clean sheets and towels along with house cleaning are included in the price.The house can sleep up to 4 guests. -For our guests, we provide special prices for boat rental.
