The property is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute cycle to two villages both with all amenities, including delicious bakeries. Access is into an open plan lounge and diner area. From here their separate access to the rear sun terrace. From the lounge/diner is a kitchen and toilet. Guests have the cottage and private garden to themselves . The owners live in a separate cottage on the opposite side of the courtyard with their own private garden . A welcome introduction to the house and facilities will be met on arrival . The TV currently has English speaking Freeview channels and also local French speaking channels. There is a DVD player and many films.
