Quality beach-side luxurious, modern fully furnished home-4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, study, family room, formal living & dining rooms, casual dining & laundry, gym equipment and mod- grass tennis court, cable internet, close to public transport and Hampton/Brighton beach. The advertised price is for an individual room; there are three rooms for rent, each with a double bed sleeping two people only. For more than two people please book an additional room. On-street parking only. This lovely luxurious home is close to Hampton and Brighton beaches. There is a local shopping strip close by in Hampton Street only a short 5 mins walk. The local shopping strip is filled with fantastic cafes, restaurants, retail shops, supermarket, fresh fish shops, butcher, green grocer, bakeries, gym, beauty and hairdressing salons. Less than 100 meters from the house is a sparkling, safe bay-side swimming beach with golden sand and walking /cycling path along the foreshore. The famous Brighton beach with its bathing boxes is a short walk or cycle. Sandringham and Middle Brighton Yacht clubs are close by. A short 8 minutes walk from the house gets you to Hampton or Brighton Beach train station. From there it takes approximately 25 mins directly to the city to access the terrific, retail, restaurants,lane way cafes, art centre and museums. From there you can easily go to the Melbourne Tennis Centre, home of the Australian Open, the MCG for cricket and AFL football and the soccer stadium. 40 mins takes you to Southern cross station for access to regional trains and and the airport by shuttle bus. There is bus station 10 meters from the house to St Kilda and the famous Acland Street for Melbourne's best european cake shops, eateries and nightclubs. Fitzroy Street ( where the Grand Prix is held is a stroll) .The bus also goes to and to Southland shopping center. There is easy on street car parking for your car as well. There are three large bedrooms available and have queen or double size beds with quality linen . The rooms sleep a maximum of two people per room. There are no single beds. If there are more than two people please consider booking an additional room. If there are two people requiring separate rooms then you need to book two bedrooms. If three guests require separate rooms then three bedrooms need to be booked. When four people book, only two bedrooms will be provided . If four guests do not want to share then they must book an additional room i.e book three bedrooms - 2 guests sharing one room and 2 guests in separate rooms . The rooms have large with built in wardrobes with hangers, bedside tables and lamps. One bedroom has 55' smart TV, one has a 43" smart TV, others have normal TV. There are three large bathrooms which may be shared depending on the occupancy, one is an en-suite with a multi head shower and German spa bath, double hand basins bidet and toilet. Two of the bedrooms if booked can be linked to the bathroom if requested. There is a large family bathroom downstairs with quality shower and hand basins, and toilet. All bedrooms have curtains as well as external roller shutters and individually controlled reverse cycle air conditioning. The living room has a 60" smart TV with DVD player and surround sound, two comfortable sofas and rocking chairs, one with a foot and shoulder massage facility. There is a formal sitting and dining room with a gas log fire place. There are three meal areas, two have large dining tables ,one seating 8,the other 10 . There is an intimate meal area seating 4 with an antique table. The study has an upright Yamaha piano. There are two kitchens fully equipped with stone bench tops and double sinks. One has Miele appliances-electric oven, induction cook top, dishwasher and range hood, Samsung double door large fridge with ice maker and filtered water cooler. The second kitchen is Asian style with high pressure gas cook plate and range-hood (Rinnia brand). There is a shared fridge and freezer for guests. The separate laundry has a top load washer 8.5kgs Fisher & Paykel. There is an outdoor clothesline as well as indoor drying racks. There is an internal courtyard garden off the laundry and full size mod-grass tennis court and basketball ring in the backyard. The house has a suite of gym equipment and a boxing bag. The house is edged by a low maintenance garden with a small herb garden . The house is securely fenced from the street. There is an intercom and pedestrian access gate in the main house gate. Guests can use the gym equipment and tennis court at their onus and own responsibility. Guests are personally greeted on arrival and given a tour of the home， equipment and facilities. During their stay guests can contact me in person when I am home or, via phone, sms or email. I am happy to provide suggestions on local trips and sightseeing; I can also provide airport pickup subject to availability for (A$100) if arranged in advance -pick up from airport waiting zone (4th bay outside hertz rentals). Guests with interests in tennis, swimming, beach volleyball or cycling will enjoy this delightful home. The neighborhood is a quality residential suburb,quite and safe. The beach is pristine safe and clean. There are two train stations on the Sandringham train line close to the house ; Hampton and Brighton Beach stations. Hampton station is slightly closer . There is a bus station 10 meters from the house going to St Kilda or Southland shopping center. The owner takes no responsibity for guests using the tennis court or gym facilities at the house.
