GGG - Family Room: A Spacious Private room suitable for a small family with 2 kids or three adults to stay. The room is very clean and neat. There are two beds in this room (One triple bed and one single bed) and a working table, two chairs, ironing table with iron box, dressing table with full size mirror, one cloths hanger, one wooden cupboard and air-condition are available. This is one room in two bed room apartment and may be some guest will also stay in the other room. A Spacious Private room suitable for a small family with 2 kids or three adults to stay. There is a large, neat and clean modern bathroom is attached to this private Family room. The living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen is also available for sharing basis with the guests in another private room (if anyone at the time you stay) A TV and DVD Player, sofa and chairs available at the Living room. In the Dining area, a table and four chairs, a Refrigerator and Water filter (with drinking water) is available. The kitchen is equipped with Gas cooker, Rice Cooker, electric kettle, blender and all essential kitchen utensils. A beautiful garden and parking space for three vehicles are there. The drinking water and gas usage is unlimited and it’s free. The Guest House is in the Upper portion of a two story building with seperate and private enterance . We live in the ground floor and available 24 hrs for any assistance needed. We also interact with the guest to take them on a short tour in Batticaloa if requested and depends on availability of time. The guest house is situated in a peacefull residential area. The neighbours are very friendly and helpful. It is the user's responsibility to clean the common areas after the use.
