From the house you reach the beach at 200m, and a little further on the Marina Bogliaco 2000 and its sailing club of Gargnano. In the old port and in the Marina you can rent sailboats and motorboats without a boat license. In 30min walk you reach Gargnano (2km) through Villa di Gargnano (1km), both with its beautiful docks where you can stop by the lake. Also along this path there are beautiful beaches with transparent water. From Bogliaco you can take walks to the mountains on comfortable paths, for example you can reach the characteristic ancient village of Fornico in 30 minutes. The historic 18-hole Golf Club Bogliaco is 2km away. In 10min by car you can reach Toscolano Maderno with its 3 supermarkets, shops and banks.
