Lovely apartment with stunning view on the sea

Charming, cozy apartment with big terrace giving an overwhelming view on the sea of Chianalea, one of the most characteristic Italian villages. The apartment has a unique location, with wide view on the village of Chianalea, on the Ruffo castle and the Aeolian islands. You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. The flat is on the third floor (with lift) and is composed by: entrance kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and balcony large living room with ample (40 mq/430ft2) panoramic terrace one double room one room with three single beds one room with two single beds one bathroom with shower one bathroom with bathtub air conditioning in the living room and in the three bedrooms We rent the entire flat. We love pets, but unfortunately they are not allowed in the apartment. Rocky beach just down the house and equipped beaches nearby. We speak English, German, French and Spanish. We can give info about tours to discover food, wine and history of the region. Guide books, maps and books about Calabria are also available. Scuba dive school just down the apartment. Possibility to play bridge in one of the two clubs located in the nearby city of Reggio Calabria (20 mins by car). Casa azul has a unique location, directly on the sea. The apartment is located in Chianalea di Scilla, one of the most charming, characteristic villages in Italy. The town has been defined "the Venice of the South" because of its houses built on the water. Chianalea has connections with the rest of Calabria both by bus and by train. On request, we can provide a shuttle from and to the airports nearby (Reggio Calabria and Lamezia Terme). Chianalea is placed fifteen-minute walk from Marina Grande, half an hour-drive from the mountain (Aspromonte) and twenty-minute drive from the city of Reggio Calabria and its famous Riace bronzes.
