Quiet flat in the area of Frankfurt Main

My flat is about 35 km from Frankfurt Main. It has a fully equiped kitchen, with all dishes and cookery. The big living-room has a balcony, where it´s allowed to smoke. There are two bedrooms. One is equiped with a single bed, the other one is equiped with two single beds, which can be pushed together two a double bed. All bedding is provided. The bathroom has a full bath, can also be used as a shower. Towels, shower gel, hairdryer, ... is provided. My flat is quiet and if you are looking for some recreation time, you are just right here. It is only a few minute walk and you are right in the fields, not far from the woods. It is beautiful for small walks and to go for bike rides. If you have children, there is no traffic, as it is a quiet neihgborhood. Playground is about a five minute stroll away. You have the flat to your own, it is located in the first floor. Two flight of stairs. 20 steps to walk. My flat is downstairs. We will use the main door to the house. But both flats are independent. If I am not at home, you will have acces to tke key by a key safe. If I am not at home, there will always my parents be availabel, when necessary. They live about 4 minutes away from my house. My town is small. There is a bus running to Hanau. By car you reach Hanau, where is a bigger train station in about 20 minutes. Frankfurt is easily reached by the nearby motorway A45.
