The cottage at Pantycastell is all yours - separated from the main farm house you get to use the whole cottage space which immediately opens up onto one of the farm fields - shared with ewes and lambs grazing during the day. With a walk to the 150 acre national Llyn lech Owain reserve & lake from the back door ....... it is the place to relax and unwind! The 15 acre smallholding is yours to wander through and make your home while you stay with woodland, green fields and a heather hill to climb. A Kern on a hill mound at PantyCastell often provides a place for contemplation and solace for those on a journey taking part in some of the bespoke individual 'Retreats' that take place at PantyCastell when stopping and pausing is what a guest wants. Just listed in top 100 places to eat in the UK. we are in a rural setting but for those that want to come by train there are a few options within 5-8 miles from stations at Ffairfach, Llandeilo, Llandybie or Llanelli & Carmarthen 15 miles. There is a large Aldi supermarket 4 miles away in CrossHands (just of A48) should you need to top up with groceries and excellent local butchers and green grocers.
