Die Wohnung verfügt weiters über einen gemütlichen Essplatz mit französischem Balkon, ein offenes Wohnzimmer mit großer Couch, ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, hochwertigen Matratzen und separater Auflage, sowie Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Die Toilette ist separat. Handtücher, Föhn und Reservebettwäsche sind selbstverständlich. Die Wohnhausanlage hat einen Lift, das Apartment befindet sich im 4. Stock.   **** The apartment was lovingly furnished. Intricately designed handmade furniture made of antique wood adds comfort and charm to the apartment. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the necessary kitchen tools. The apartment has a very comfy dining area with a french balcony, an open-spaced living room with a large couch on which 2 additional guests may sleep, a separate bedroom incl. a double bed, high-quality mattresses, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine. The toilet can be found in a separate room. Towels, a hair dryer, and linens are, of course, also included. The apartment building has an elevator to the 4th floor, which is where the Wir leben außerhalb von Wien, sind aber telephonisch immer erreichbar. We are living outside from Vienna but we are always available on the phone. Infrastruktur:   Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral im 21. Bezirk in Wien. Praktisch ums Eck sind U6 und S-Bahnen. Fahrpläne liegen im Apartment auf. Mit der U6 gelangst Du in maximal 15 Minuten in das Stadtzentrum. Nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Whg entfernt befindet sich das Zentrum von Floridsdorf - genannt "Am Spitz" -  mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafés. Gleich ums Eck gibt es am Wochenende einen Markt, wo du frisches Obst und Gemüse einkaufen kannst. Das Schönste ist jedoch mit Sicherheit die Donau, welche Du in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichst. Hier gibt es ebenso zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafés, aber auch ruhige Spazier- und Radwege entlang des Flusses inmitten geschützter und unverfälschter Natur - ein Paradies! Im Sommer kann man natürlich baden!  ****** Infrastructure: The apartment is very centrally located in Vienna's 21st district. Around the corner is a metro station (U6). It takes 15 minutes to get to the city center. You will find the timetables in the apartment! A few minutes on foot from the apartment take you to the center of the neighborhood Floridsdorf, also known as "Am Spitz", where there are plenty of supermarkets and cafes. There is also a weekend market around the corner, where you can purchase fresh fruits and vegetables. One of the highlights is certainly the Danube, which is a few minutes' walking distance from the flat. There are also a lot of restaurants and cafes here, as well as quiet walkways and bike paths along the river, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet in the middle of the outdoors -- it's paradise! You can also take a dip in the river in the summer; Parkplatz:   Rund um die Wohnung ist kostenloses Parken möglich - eine Seltenheit in Wien. **** Parking: You can park around the apartment building for free any time of the day -- a rarity in Vienna!   Der Müllraum befindet sich im Erdgeschoss gleich links vom Eingang.
