KVilla is an autonomous residence, dominated by the Cycladic element, perfectly harmonized with country style decorative touches. The architecture of the house includes marble lintels, cement floors, indoors and outdoors, typically built bathrooms with marble washbasins, traditional style kitchen, and bedrooms overlooking the Aegean Sea and the islands of Mykonos, Dilos and Rinia. The outdoor area features a beautiful seating area and gas barbeque. Our 100 m2 Comfort Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 5 persons and 1 infant so it is ideal for families, friends or couples who want a little extra space. Situated at the southern edge of Tinos, with direct view to the islands of Mykonos, Dilos and Rinia. Features: Main House size: 100m2 Private Garden: 200m2 3 Bedrooms, sleeps 5, 2 Bathrooms Parking space (2 cars) KVilla is divided into two levels: Upper level: • Living/dining room • Fully equipped kitchen • Fireplace • 1 bathroom • Verandas Lower level – 3 bedrooms: • 2 Double twin bedrooms • 1 bedroom with a single bed (a baby cot is also available upon request) • 1 bathroom • Verandas, • Storage room Please watch out the cement floor not to be scratched. When you use the kitchen notice the gas and always use a plate in order to cut things on the kitchen marble. Never cover the spotlights on the floor with objects there is high risk of fire. In any case you will need anything during your stay there is an informative leaflet with all the emergency numbers and a small travel guide of the island. However you can email me also for anything you may need and i will manage to solve any problem if that is possible. Tinos is the Cycladic island for those who appreciate the simplicity of life. It is located near the geographical center of the Cyclades island complex. Tinos is famous for the authentic, picturesque villages, the hidden, beautiful beaches, the incredible light and shadows, its 80 or so windmills, about 1000 artistic dovecotes and its Venetian fortifications at the mountain, Exobourgo. On Tinos, both Greek Orthodox and Roman Catholic populations co-exist. The island is also well known for its famous sculptors and painters, such as Nicholaos Gysis, Yannoulis Chalepas and Nikiforos Lytras. KVilla is set on a privilege area on the south side of the island, very close to the well-known Triandaros village. Ferry boats operate from Rafina and Piraeus to Tinos on a regular daily basis during summer, but it's advised to book your tickets in advance. It also has connections from other islands such as Mykonos.
