Access to communal swimming pool in the complex and is a stone's throw from the ocean. 700m away from a publicly available 18 hole golf course. This is in a child friend security estate. Modern and comfortable with and every convenience of home at hand. Situated right in Woodbridge Island which is on the gorgeous tidal Milnerton Lagoon. You will enjoy incredible birdlife and the best views of Cape Town from the beach while being only 15 minutes drive from the city. Spacious enough to accommodate 5 (5th on a sleeper couch). With a Weber Barbecue, a stunning courtyard garden and all the modern conveniences at hand, you will feel as free as a bird. There is a parking bay for 1 car and visitors parking, access to communal swimming pools, internet wifi and the peace of mind that comes from being in a security estate. I live 2km away and will meet you when you arrive and see you off when you leave, if necessary. Should you have any questions or problems you may reach me on my cell phone at any time. Just inland from Milnerton and heading through to Tableview is a protected wetland area and within this zone is a splendid 9 hole golf course, readily available to guests, and rather inexpensive too. The bird-life in this area is truly wonderful; flamingos, pelicans, gannets, kingfishers, egrets, herons and more! The city has recently laid out a wonderful bike road all the way along the coast from the city through to Table View and beyond; for cyclists, joggers or bird-lovers it is a rare treat. There is a decent surf break right in front of the estate and it is a good spot for learners. Board rentals and training are easily arranged. From Milnerton beach along to Table View is one of the world's most popular stretches of kite surfing surf and just watching the kites speed about or wondering at the cloud table cloth as it falls over the edge of Table Mountain is an unforgettable experience. 5km away is Canal Walk, the largest shopping mall in Africa and the Ratanga Junction Theme park. Milnerton is very central in terms of experiencing the Cape, you are literally 200m from taking one turn onto a two lane access road to the highway system and from the city's excellent rapid transit bus system; an extremely cheap and convenient way to get about if you don't have a car. Shark cage diving, the Winelands, the Cape of Good Hope, The V&A Waterfront, Camps Bay, the Townships, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Great restaurants, bars and clubs, the museums, the markets and more. Cape Town is loaded with unique opportunities to enjoy yourself and relax and Milnerton Lagoon is an ideal base, not too close to the maddening crowd and definitely not too far away either. There is the city's excellent MyCiti rapid bus system. It was built for the world cup in 2010 and has not stopped growing since. It is paired with dedicated bike lanes so the cyclist should really enjoy this venue as the lanes run right past the estate, as do the buses, of course. They are cheap, safe and run till midnight. Car rentals are available for any pocket and Ubers and taxis run from the area all the time. I live 3km away and will meet you when you arrive and see you off when you leave, if necessary. Rush hour traffic flows into and out of town at the normal times, try and schedule your day so that you avoid leaving between 7:30 and 9am, and returning between 3:30 and 6pm.
