The villa, with rustic architecture and furniture, is located in an area called Sauci, 3 km away from the residential zone in San Vito Lo Capo and at 7 km to the Natural Reserve of Zingaro. The villa offers a spectacular view on the sea and also a peace that would be rather difficult to find staying in San Vito country. It has a big terrace. Where you can find an external shower surraunded by nature, sofas, tables and a barbecue. The rooms offer 2 double beds and 4 single beds. There in not wi-fi nor cable phone.
