Standalone stylish house 5 mins from Baden

Our guests house was opened since 2010, we provide varies type of accommodations in and around Baden. We offer modern studios,family suite, serviced apartment, single/double rooms. Either you are on business trip or for leisure/family holiday or backpackers. You certainly can always find yourself like home with our Large common sharing modern open kitchen/dining/living room/different terraces. Since 2010 we built this House with love and we’ve been sharing our love of hospitality with our guests who need to have a simple and neat place where they find the perfect bed to sleep like home. Your home when you are not home. Kindly note that this listing doesn’t include the service apartment on the ground floor. Only the 2nd and the 3rd floor. You will only share the same entrance with the guests from the apartment 1st floor. You have your own private door to the upper floor. The family Suite, 2 double rooms and one single room ( 1 double room with 1 double bed and 1 double room with 2 single beds). Our guests house is quite centre located, it's close to everything you need. 5 minutes by car/bus to Baden city center, every 5-10 mins bus to Baden/Brugg main station. 5 mins walk to Markthof/small shopping center. 16 mins by train to Zurich Central Station. 31 mins by train to Zurich International airport. 1 hour by car/train to Luzern/Bern/Basel. Although we name it " standalone house" in this listing. However there are only 2nd floor and the 3rd floor for rent in this listing. On the ground floor there is a another private serviced apartment(also listed here separately) which share the same entrance only. After you enter the house from the main entrance door , then you will see 3 doors further after the common changing area(shoe shelves/jacket hanger). On the left door is to the private apartment, on the right is the laundry room. And the middle door is the door to this listing ( the 2nd+ 3rd floor) . The only space you will share with other guests ( from the other separated private apartment) is the main entrance area. It's like the hotel reception area where you also see other guests. but we only have 2 separated/different groups. One to the private apartment and one to this listing. From Baden train station ( Bus station West) Every 5-10 mins during rush hour you can hop on either bus #2 or #6. If you take #6 from Baden train station, it's the number 5th stop:"Nussbaumen Markthof" you get off. After the number 4th bus stop, you should get ready to get off when you see a roundabout. ( the bus ride it's 6 mins). The bus will stop right after the roundabout. After you get off the bus you shall walk back direction to roundabout and then turn left ( walk slightly towards uphill ) and follow this road walk further 500m. ( Before you reach our house you will see Markthof/small shopping mall on the left-side) you shall continue walking uphill until you see a "Hundeshop SEVEN " shop( a store for dog related products) . The small road on the right of this shop is called: Nuechtalstrasse ( you should see the road sigh on that spot). Our house is the first house above this street. This house provide a big modern open kitchen allow our guests to make meals their own. Kindly note that breakfast service is not available. However food/Menu deliver service is on request.
