Villa del Colle is located in a hilly position near Ripatransone, in the province of Ascoli Piceno, in the Marche region. This villa is surrounded by the Piceno countryside characterized by expanses of vineyards and cultivated fields, in the quiet of the Piceno area. Nearby there are many historic towns to visit. Among these: Ripatransone, which is only 10 minutes from the villa, a small village full of alleys, museums and ancient buildings; Offida, Montefiore dell'Aso, Moresco, Acquaviva Picena. With 40 minutes by car you can reach Ascoli Piceno, a medieval city called "City of a hundred towers". The beaches of the Adriatic coast are about 20 minutes drive away. Cupra Marittima, Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto are seaside resorts with long sandy beaches with shallow waters and a promenade lined with palm trees, pine grows and cycle paths. The Piceno area is also known for its fine wines such as the Falerio dei Colli Ascolani DOC and the Rosso Piceno Superiore DOC and for the production of the tender Ascoli Olive. This territory is also a destination for nature lovers and mountain bikers, who can reach the National Park of Sibillini Mountains with about an hour's drive. The villa is located in a very panoramic and private position, on the top of a hill, with a wonderful view of vineyards and cultivated fields. In the outdoor area of the villa there is a swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and sun umbrellas and a large terrace with parasols, tables and chairs, ideal for relaxing outdoors and enjoying the quiet countryside of the Marche. At guests' disposal there is also a large porch equipped with armchairs and tables. The villa is surrounded by a green lawn and by the suggestive slopes of the hill covered with vineyards. Villa del Colle is on three floors and can accommodate up to 28 people. The ground floor consists of: - a spacious living area with sofas and armchairs, TV, fireplace, dining area with tables and chairs, overlooking the garden; - a fully equipped professional kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle; - a guest bathroom; - a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; - two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower and a living area with a sofa bed. The first floor, accessible from an internal staircase, is composed of: - a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and balcony; - a double bedroom with a balcony, a living area with a sofa bed and a loft with a futon and en-suite bathroom with shower; - a double bedroom with a living area with a sofa bed and a loft with a futon, balcony and en-suite bathroom with shower; - a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; - a double bedroom with a balcony, a living area with a sofa bed pouf and en-suite bathroom with shower; - a double bedroom with a balcony, a living area with a sofa bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The basement houses the wellness area, consisting of a 4.6 x 12 m large heated indoor swimming pool with a large outside window, a relaxation area with chaise lounge and sun loungers, a sauna, a steam room, experience showers, a guest bathroom. The villa is equipped with air conditioning and insect screens. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer in the basement. The rental price includes: fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; final cleaning; weekly linen change; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi; air conditioning; pool and garden maintenance. The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival): pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week) € 50,00; extra bed (more than 18 people) in futon/sofa bed € 90,00 per week; heating consumption; extra cleaning; extra linen change; use of the wellness centre for € 250.00 per entry (for three hours a day, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. to be agreed with the owner of the structure).
