You will be surrounded by nature, with lush rainforest to the rear of the retreat suite and an expansive view over the valley from the front. Here you can unplug in complete privacy, with the security of knowing the hosts live 70 metres down the drive, screened by lush forest. Your 48 hour stay includes gourmet ORGANIC BREAKFAST and use of the sauna, hot spa, pool and bathhouse, with all water supplied from our pure mountain spring. You may not want to leave but if you do the famous Byron beaches are a short drive through lush forest and pastures, the colourful local markets operate each weekend at various venues and the beautiful hinterland, waterfalls and unique small towns and villages are not too far away. The surrounding towns provide unique shopping along with great restaurants and cafes. Crystal Castle, Minyon and Killen Falls are short drives away. The valley gives you lots of scope for walking, cycling and rock hopping in the pristine creek. This is total wind down territory. You have exclusive access to the traditional Norwegian wood fired sauna, pool, and chemical free hot spa, with water sourced from pure mountain springs. If you want to cook you have your own kitchen, with 2 induction hot plates. You will be on your own in the studio: total privacy. Hosts live 70 meters down the drive and are always available to assist guests. Day spa treatments and private yoga classes can be pre booked. Please read reviews and information on our website. Upper Wilsons Creek is a unique rainforest valley. The creek snakes through it and crosses the road at picturesque vantage points. The place is very peaceful and safe but only a short drive from Mullumbimby with its shops, cafes and restaurants. You will need a vehicle to arrive here. If you fly in to either Ballina or Gold Coast airports you will find options to rent a car. The drive is about 1hr from either airport. Our nearest town Mullumbimby is 20 minute drive away and food and supplies are available from Santos Organics, fruit and veggie shops, Woolworths or IGA. No public transport is available to or from Wilsons Creek. Respect for our neighbours and our environment is a priority. The property is a quiet, natural retreat in a fragile ecology and we thank you for treating it with delicacy.
