In fine weather, the long glazed doors can be pulled back for optimum enjoyment of a little walled courtyard garden planted with mature shrubs and climbers with a Barbecue. There is a bench to catch the sun, an outdoor table and chairs with views of surrounding Bath stone terraces. On the first floor is a spacious and elegant bedroom in mustard and grey with an upholstered 5’ bed. There is a large ash chest of drawers, a hanging rail, an easy chair and lamp. Shuttered windows reveal a lovely city view down the hill featuring the Bath Abbey. Adjacent is a contemporary under-floor heated bathroom crisply tiled in stone, with a small double-ended bath, a large walk-in shower, a hand-basin with storage under and a WC. Another flight of stairs takes you to the top of the building, ending in a taupe and lime green bedroom under the eaves with restricted headroom to the sides. There are two 3’ single beds, a chest of drawers and an alcove with hanging rail. Two further alcoves have LED lighting and in common with the other bedrooms, power sockets with USB charging points for mobile phones. Private stairs lead down from the ground floor directly into a large double underfloor heated bedroom at lower ground floor level with shuttered windows. There are two 3’ single beds that “zip & link” to become a 6’double, a large ash chest of drawers and a wardrobe with shelf space placed in an alcove. Headroom is restricted at one end of the room by the stairs, which have been thoughtfully framed with a glass panel for a lighter, airier feel. There is a welcoming en-suite shower-room with a fully tiled walk-in shower, a hand basin and WC with oak shelf for toiletries. Double doors conceal a laundry cupboard with a washing machine combined with dryer, iron and further utility items. The property comes with a parking permit allowing you to park one car on the street for holidays completed by 7th February 2023. Alternatively the Bath Spa Train Station and Bus Station are a 10-minute walk away.
