Located in the village of Zipari two kilometres from the beach and three minutes walking from a bus stop. Rural view and plenty of sun, including a garden area where you can relax. A private fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom renovated in 2022, with a washing machine are at your disposal. Air condition, Free WIFI and a flat screen TV with free Netflix and Usb connection are available. Filter coffee machine, microwave, toaster, water boiler, fridge, washing machine, hair drier, iron, are all included. You will have the whole space for yourself, bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom. I'm a local always happy to show you around and help you with anything you may need :) The neighborhood is quiet, especially during the night, and during the day there are plenty of places to eat, a gym, grocery shops, pharmacies, coffee shops, ATM's, hairdresser, all in walking distance. It's super easy to get around and explore the island, the bus stop is located on the main road of the island just three minutes away from the house. Also you can move around by bicycle, scooter, a car, or simply by walking as there are also plenty of rural roads with minimum traffic. The village of Zipari is located: 15 kilometres from the airport, 8 kilometres from Kos city, 3 kilometres from Tigaki beach, 8 kilometres from Asclepieion. Excellent location for cyclists too.
