K house is a 6 bedroom beachside property in one of Sri Lanka's most unspoiled coastal areas. Nestled within a secluded bay at the end of a narrow, green lane, the property consists of actually 2 houses. Set in a large green garden with beautiful grown shade trees, plenty of palms, direct acces to the beach and a filtered salt water infinity pool. With a team of staff to ensure you have everything you need. Breakfast is included and lunch and dinner can be ordered. 50-60 mins drive from Galle. K House, has en east and a west house both with three bedrooms, living rooms and independent kitchens. Perfect for big families gatherings or a large group of friends. But each house can also be rented separately for single family use. Both houses face the garden and the sea and have direct access to the pool and beach. The west house has an intimate enclosed living and dining room while the east house living area is more open and covered by the tiled roof. Designed by 3 architects, the houses have their own distinct characters, but share design details and materials - some with elegant open air showers with beautiful locally sourced stone, expansive verandas that look out onto the sea, and sophisticated simplicity for the resting areas and bedrooms. K house is a 6 bedroom property with architectural charisma for families and groups of friends who appreciate the little things in life. The name K house came from the neighbouring village called Kottagoda. There is direct access from our garden to the small secluded beach. Rock formations and corals abound, there is a small natural pool. Long sandy beach walks can be done on our amazing beach that lies just over the rocks. Yoga and massages can be arranged at the house. Lots of surrounding beaches and daytrips to galle or national parks can be arranged from the house. Hirikita Beach : Sri Lanka's south coast is a well known surf spot, and our local surf beach is located ten minutes away. Beautiful Hirikita Bay, an ideal place for beginners and seasoned surfers alike to catch waves. Boards can be rented there and seasoned surfers can give you lessons and show you the tricks of the trade. Although I'm not based at the property, we have a full team of staff including a manager, chef, housekeeping and gardener to ensure you have everything you need. Breakfast is included and lunch and dinner can be ordered. Khouse is set on a quiet semi secluded beach. Ten mintues away from popular Hiriketiya Beach, an ideal place for beginners and seasoned surfers alike as well as visitors who just want to enjoy some sun, read a book and have a swim in the sea.
