Eva's urban apt is located in a central residential neighborhood near the National Archaeological Museum of Athens and within 6mins to the National Railway Central station that connects Athens with northern Greece. It is on the 5th-6th-7th floor of a building, only 500m (5’) distance to Victoria metro station (line 1), that connects Piraeus port with the city centre and the northern suburbs of Athens. It consists of 4 bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is suitable for families with children, couples, business travelers and group of friends. The Space: Enjoy your stay in our urban multi-level apt, in Athens' city centre. It consists of 4 bedrooms: one bedroom on the 7th floor, two bedrooms are placed on 6th floor and one on the 5th floor. The 1st bedroom on 6th level, includes 1 double bed and big closet. The 2nd bedroom includes a twin over full bunk bed for 2-3 persons, due to a pull out identical bed that can be pushed together with the bottom bed and pretty much can be treated as a double bed. The 7th floor main space has two double sofa-beds, therefore is able to accommodate 4 persons. All the bedrooms have window doors with balcony access. The bedroom on the 5th floor includes twin beds for 2 guests, closet and TV. The apt includes also a double sofa-bed in the living room and each level includes a private bathroom with shower. Our spacious balcony on 5th floor is an ideal spot to chill out after a long day of touring. The large awnings that surround it offer complete sun protection, especially during the hot summer days when is mostly needed. The balcony on 6th floor is connected via outdoor staircase to the 7th level that offers unique view to the Acropolis of Athens & Lykabettus hill. A few minutes away from all the major attractions, it is the perfect place to explore the city and feel its downtown vibes. Early check-ins / late check-outs require special arrangements and may be subject to an additional fee of €15. Guest Access: You will have the privacy of the entire apartment, 5th, 6th & 7th floor. Interaction with Guests: Once a booking is made we will contact you with a confirmation email containing important information such as directions and check in instructions.
