The space is perfect for families and pets with it's large fully fenced yard the kids or your pet will love, a trampoline and a beautiful Poinciana tree to climb. There's also an expansive grassed area for backyard cricket or balls games your kids will enjoy for hours while you sit on the deck with a drink in hand. The one-of-a-kind Cedar Cabin for 6-8 guests is cozy, soulful and super Instagrammable. The Cabins sleeps 6 in total. Or add the Caravan for $70pn for up to 2 additional guests: THE MAIN CABIN (Max 4) The main bedroom features floor to ceiling glass, watch the stars from the Queen Bed and enjoy the view of palm trees swaying in the wind. The little ones will love the loft bed above, frequently referred to as the “bird nest”, they’ll feel like they have their own fort amongst the trees. The Cabin has a full bathroom and a full kitchen with all that you'll need to cook up a storm, as well as an indoor and outdoor dining area, an indoor lounge area with a Smart TV and an outdoor lounge area. *Please note the loft (2 singles) is a low-roofed, open-plan sleeping space above the main bed. THE DETACHED GUEST BEDROOM CABIN (MAX 2) This versatile Guest Cabin is detached from the Main Cabin. It suits either one couple, or two kids or two friends travelling together. Choose from a plush Queen Bed configuration or Twin Bed set up. THE CARAVAN (MAX 2) * Please Note * We can sleep 2 additional guests in the Caravan ( $70p.n. which includes linen and set-up - not recommended in the peak of summer as it can get a bit hot.) The caravan is super cute and full of old school charm. It features a Queen Bed and lounge. There's a cute timber “outhouse” with a plumbed in toilet and sink beside it and a private outdoor shower (cold only) located behind the caravan plus a hot and cold outdoor shower by the Guest Cabin…a camping vibe without the drama of camping! It's such a safe and easy place for kids and pets, plus the flat, pram friendly path along Jonson street will lead you straight to the grocery store and access to endless cafes, shops and playgrounds within minutes. Surfers can use our surfboard racks to store boards right next to the hot and cold outdoor shower - so good after a morning surf! Parking There's free on-site parking as well as additional free street parking. Guest access: Guests will enjoy full private access to the property. Owners are not on site, but easily contactable if required. *PETS* Please let us know if you’re bringing your furry friend. We’ll put out food & water bowls for them. Pets are most welcome but not allowed onto beds or couches. We ask that you pick up after your pet and that wet pets stay in the garden until they dry off. *Any extra cleaning charges incurred by dirty or smelly pets will need to be passed on.* * SCHOOLIES WEEKS * during Schoolies period we will not take Instant Bookings: Schoolies Bookings Requests will be accepted on a case-by-case basis by making a request then completing a booking form. Bookings for Schoolies Weeks 1, 2 or 3 are charged per person per week. No parties or gatherings to be held at the property. Bond is $300 per person. A breach of conditions may result in loss of your bond. We understand that Byron Bay is the perfect place to have a good time but appreciate that your partying is done at the bars and clubs only a short walk away. We will not tolerate any loud music, large gatherings or excess noise after hours. Call out fees will apply if security has to remind guests. On a second warning, an eviction will occur and a no refund policy will apply. * A little note on the fees: CLEANING - The cleaning fee has been set by our cleaners. While it may seem high it is competitive for the tourist market and due to the high volume of weekend work. SERVICE FEE - The service fee is set by the booking platform and paid to themselves not to hosts. It is applied to all bookings as a % based fee to guests for the use of their platform. It covers the cost of the platform updates, 24/7 customer support and more. We realise it pushes the total price of the booking up, however this is something we have no control over, sorry! :)
