My place is close to malls, restaurants and cinemas, family-friendly activities, schools, universities, economic zones, and great views in Tagaytay (30-minute drive). Enchanted Kingdom is also just 9 kilometers away. Laguna Technopark & De La Salle - Laguna are just beside the village. Maximum capacity is five adults. Airport transfers can be provided for a fee but subject to availability. Internet wifi is provided by PLDT fiber internet. The guest can have access to all areas of the property. Guests can reach me through my mobile phones, viber, airbnb messaging system, or email. The house is located inside San Jose Village 2, a gated community developed by Avida Land (formerly LPHI), a subsidiary of Ayala Land. San Jose Village 2 is situated beside De La Salle University - Laguna Campus and Laguna Technopark. Three major malls are just a short 10-minute drive from the house. These malls include Solenad (Nuvali), Vista Mall, and Paseo de Sta. Rosa. A lot of restaurants can be found in the area like Kanin Club, Friday's, Denny's Diner (24/7), Shakey's Pizza (24/7), Pancake House, Xtremely Xpresso, Krispy Kreme, Starbucks, etc. There are several cinemas in the area. Tagaytay City is nearby where you can see breathtaking views of Taal Lake. A theme park, Enchanted Kingdom, is just about 9 kilometers from the property. In this part of the suburb, public transportation options are limited. If you do not have your own private vehicle, primary mode of transport to go to the malls, restaurants, cinemas, and other places near the property is the tricycle or tuktuk. Taxis can likewise be arranged through Grab Taxi and O-Rides. There are jeeps near the malls that can bring you to Tagaytay City or Enchanted Kingdom (theme park). The property is equipped with PLDT fiber internet with wifi. Please note, however, that in case of technical issues beyond my control, I can not honor partial refunds. For airport transfers, price for a one-way trip ranges from P2,000 to P3,000 depending on the vehicle and service provider available. Since the property is inside a gated community, the security administration of the village requires me to submit some basic information of my guests like name, address, occupation, etc. A copy of the guest's passport is likewise required.
