ABOUT THE RENTAL Upon entering the home into the foyer, you are welcomed by an open staircase that lets light travel from the front to the back of the home. Clean and crisp painted walls of neutral colors allow for a very relaxing feeling throughout the home. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace or take a peek in the cabinet to pull out a game or puzzle on a rainy day. The dining area is located around either side of the fireplace with furnishings that offer clean, modern lines. The dining table can seat six with an extra two seats at the kitchen counter bar. The kitchen and dining area are open to each other which allows those in the kitchen to be part of the conversations elsewhere. Plenty of light pours in during the day and the second set of oversized sliding doors offer another entrance to the wrap around deck. Granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances make this kitchen easy to cook and enjoy meals at the home. The master bedroom is located on the main level and offers a king bed, TV with cable, and a third entrance to the deck. The spacious master bathroom has a double vanity, soaking tub, and stand-alone shower with another entrance off from the foyer to offer a bathroom to the main level of the home. The oversized laundry room is located off from the kitchen as well as a door to a screened-in porch area that connects to the two-car garage. Upon taking the stairs to the landing area which overlooks the living room are two bedrooms located on each end of the home. Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have a TV but not cable, they have a Roku setup where you can login to your accounts (Netflix, etc.) Very clean and comfortable home! BIRCHWOOD COMMUNITY This home is located in Birchwood Golf and Country Club, just above the shores of Lake Michigan. Amenities are available to enjoy with a resort fee paid to Birchwood after booking.
