All flats are attractively and cosily furnished with lots of wood, offer sufficient comfort and each has a balcony. Right next to the farmhouse, there is a new public children's playground equipped with countless pieces of equipment such as a slide and swings. There the kids can really let off steam only 20 m from the house. You have to share a small terrace in front of the house with other guests. A small skiing area is only 5 km away from Prutz, the larger skiing areas of Nauders and Fiss, Serfaus and Ladis, which offer 40 lifts and 100 km of slopes, can be reached quickly. The free ski bus stops only 200 m from the house. The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated. COVID-19 Conditions: If your government or the government of the country you are staying in imposes an entry ban or determines by law that you are not allowed to travel/stay during your booked holiday period, we will give you the option to rebook or cancel (= money back) free of charge.
