During the summer season swimming pool is open, so you can swim next to the Han-River. - Guest can walk to the Lotte World and Gangnam Samsoung-Dong World Trade Center . - Jamsil is one of the most safe and luxurious residential area in Seoul. - Lotte department Store, Lotte mart, Lotte Hotel is just one subway stop. - Lotte World, the biggest theme park in Seoul is also just one subway stop. - COEX is only 2 subway stops, which takes 5 min. - Gangnam station is only 5 subway stops. - Korean Breakfast or American Breakfast is included - You can experience Korean costume! - Learning Korean is also possible! :) If you need to use the living room and kitchen.
