The Loft- a unique rural retreat

The loft is down a private lane which is very quiet with stunning rural views, it is nestled under The National Trust renowned beauty spot, Trencrom Hill. Parking for a car and a sitting out area. A perfect location to explore West Cornwall with a short 10 minute drive to St Ives and Penzance and many well know beaches including Gwithian and Mounts Bay. A remote location with easy access, but ideally only 5 minutes from the A30. It also has an outdoor shower perfect for use after sandy beach days. It is new, modern and clean; with underfloor heating and wooden flooring. It has a standard double bed, kitchen containing hob, oven/microwave and a fridge. A private bathroom with a power shower. Being in a rural location wifi is not available but there is 4G connection and phone signal on some networks (EE and O2) allowing hotspot connections. Check out is by 10am. I live in the house but as this is a peaceful rural retreat I tend to leave guests in peace but I am available should you have any queries. So close to the popular St Ives, an easy day trip to Sennen, Lands End, Poldark filming location, St Michaels Mount....the list goes on! A car is essential as no public transport within walking distance Being in a quiet rural place a car is essential.
