Fabulous apartment for those looking for something a bit special. Newly refurbished with two brand new bathrooms and kitchen and stylish decor. The spacious lounge/dining area is comfortably furnished and has plenty of space for relaxing and dining. There is a large flat screen Smart TV, and Wifi internet. The air con is throughout all the rooms in the apartment. The bright, modern kitchen is off the dining area and has everything you need to make self-catering easy. There is large fridge-freezer, oven, hob, coffee machine, dishwasher. The utility room off the kitchen houses the washing machine, dryer and filtered drinking water system. Off the living area there are doors out to the private terrace with patio dining furniture. Here you can dine, relax with a drink or take your afternoon nap. There is a bathroom with large, walk in power shower in the hallway and then you have then entrance to the double (kingsize bed) en-suite bedroom. The bathroom has a fabulous jacuzzi-syle bath and all brand new fittings. Off this bedroom there is small terrace to the front of the apartment and a large wardrobe/dressing area. Next to the double is a twin bedroom with two comfortable single beds. This can be made up as a double bed with a mattress topper. This is the perfect apartment for those who want to be right in the centre of Sitges yet it is on a quiet side street with very little traffic, human or otherwise! Seconds from all the stylish shops, bars and restaurants of the Calle Major and a minute from the beach it is highly recommended for your Sitges holiday. Think SItges provides beach towels for all our guests so no need to pack them, more suitcase space for your holiday clothes! Normal check in time is between 14-18h and check out is 11h however we are extremely flexible and accommodating for early check ins and late check outs where possible. Please contact us and we will do our best! OUT OF HOURS CHECK INS: Check ins after 18h are charged Euros 20, after 21h Euros 30 and after midnight Euros 50. On Sundays the check in charge is Euros 20 all day, Euros 30 after 21h and Euros 50 after midnight. These check in fees are not charged if you take one of our airport transfers which cost from Euros 70, please enquire. TOURIST TAX: Please note that we have to pay Tourist Tax to the local government - this is charged at 1 Euro per day per person over 16 up to a maximum of 7 days. Please note this will be charged on arrival to all Air BnB Guests.
