Queen Bedroom in Large House with Shared bath

A true 5 star experience for one adult woman only. Quiet, comfortable, secure private room with a shared bath in a large home. The neighborhood is a secluded community of homes with private streets and very friendly. Free parking. Ideal for females traveling professionals in the medical field or working at the Air Force Base. Sanitized bedding and towels. Robes and slippers. Enclosed patio with a fire pit. Beautiful surroundings with flowers and water fountain. We are only adult women living here. There's a maximum of four people at any one time. The house is large and comfortable, with many areas to sit, work, read or enjoy the surroundings. Being that I'm a writer, I don't play the TV or loud music ever. I work quietly during the day, in the evening I watch TV in the family room or in my bedroom. The large couches with comfy pillows are a welcome relief after a long day at work, put your feet up on the coffee table, have a glass of wine or cup of tea and relax. It's my favorite pastime. Full access to living room, Family room with a large television with many channels, dining room seats 6 and gourmet kitchen. In addition, there's a treadmill and yoga studio in the garage. You are my guest and, as your host, I will interact with you as much or as little as you want. I'll be home most of the time. Lompoc is the city of art and flowers. From April to June, you can visit the flower fields around the city; go wine tasting in the many wineries of the area or visit the tasting rooms of the wine gettho, a short walking distance from the house. The quietude and serenity of the area are what attracted me to this city. The rockets from SpaceX leaving from the airforce base may rock the entire city from time to time. It will be an experience you'll never forget. I'm located a few blocks from downtown, two blocks from Lompoc Hospital. You can walk up and down the city in 20 minutes or less. You'll never have to pay for parking and the numerous excellent restaurants in the area will delight your appetite. There's little public transportation so you'll need a car. You must be vaccinated in order to stay in any of the rooms.
