Start your morning with coffee & breakfast on the expansive deck, taking in the amazing views and feeling the peace wash over you. Take your boat out for a spin, or spend the day visiting the many beautiful sites in the area. End your day back on the deck with a glass of wine and soak in the stunning sunsets. There's so much to see and do, you'll need several days at least. Ready for adventure and relaxation? We have it all--just waiting for you! All is available. Office/den has a king size Murphy bed. 2-man hot tub. Wifi for computers. No cable TV. We are in the area and if you need anything we are available by text or phone Mesa Verde (24 min.away) is one of the world's most visited archaeological sites and a must-see. Durango (50 min.) offers great shopping in their charming downtown, and their historic train ride to the old mining town of Silverton is hard to beat. Another bucket list adventure is to travel the famous "Million Dollar Highway," called one of our country's best scenic routes. Stop by Telluride (1 hr. 20 min.), dubbed the "Little Switzerland of America." Take the free, breath -taking gondola ride into town and enjoy an alfresco lunch with views you'll never forget. Also, nearby is the old mining town of Ouray (2 hr 18 min), home to numerous historic buildings and a museum rated one of America's best small museums. If red rocks and stunning arches are what you seek, Moab (1 hr 30 min) will not fail to deliver. This "Adventure Capitol of the U.S." not only has Canyonlands & Arches National Park, but all the four-wheeling Jeep trails and kayaking a thrill-seeking enthusiast could want! Our neighbors would appreciate noise at a minimum. No shooting, loud music, etc.
