Palmetto Suites is a large 6000 sq ft space that is subdivided into small apartments. Each room has a private bathroom, AC, & TV. Some amenities are shared with other guests like the small kitchenette outside the apartments. A Living Room,. We are pet friendly with a fee of $75. Single private bedroom featuring a full size bed, en suite full bathroom with stand up shower, smart TV with complimentary Hulu+Live TV access, & privately controlled AC/heat. Common areas shared among all guests of Palmetto Suites include: front patio & central common space that features the main full-size kitchen & all its contents of dishes, silverware, & cookware, the seating for dining, couches for leisure & congregating, laundry area, & available games. The only rule at Palmetto Suites is: “be kind & courteous”, which we think pretty much covers it. Guests should be kind & courteous to the property, it’s contents, & fellow guests for an enjoyable stay, especially in communal areas of the building. We welcome guests to fellowship with one another if they choose, & guests are invited to welcome their own guests to enjoy Palmetto Suites along with them. Life is all about being with the people you enjoy! Although I do not live on site, I am available for any guest issues or problems unless guests have been otherwise informed. My preferred method of communication is through the airbnb app. However, I am available by phone or email for urgent matters after a booking is confirmed. Our space is located a short drive from downtown Walhalla, but also located far enough outside the city for a peaceful, quiet stay. In rural areas, a car is recommended for traveling, as public transportation is nearly non-existent, and areas of tourist interest are spread about the beautiful upstate county of Oconee.
