Magnificent location with beautiful stunning views of Cass Bay and other surrounding bays. Your accommodation is in a lovely new spacious home with your own entrance. Your rooms are on the ground floor with own bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette. Your large double size bedroom opens out to a very sunny patio garden area, where you can sit and relax,and take in the views. There is a second large bedroom for extra guests with a queen size bed & sofa bed available.This also opens out to the patio area with own entrance. Outdoor furniture including seating,table and sun umbrella is set on the patio for you to enjoy the beautiful views. A large gas BBQ complete with a hob is available on your patio for alfresco dining. All guests are required to have a vaccination pass A separate secure ground floor entrance is available to all guests. We can accommodate all our guests with as little or as much interaction as required. We are available for advice or information as needed.You have your own entrance to come & go as you wish. Cass Bay is a small safe friendly community with a safe swimming bay. A perfect enviroment for relaxing. Lyttelton is 5 minutes away with some great restaurants and shops to purchase essential items. A bustling Saturday Farmers Market is a great place to get fresh produce, baking or breads. A 10-minute drive will take you to Governors Bay where there is a lovely cafe or garden restaurant /bar over looking beautiful bays. Cass Bay is located 5 minutes drive from Lyttlelton and 20 minutes from the city centre. A bus service runs via Lyttelton,Eastgate Shopping Mall and the City Centre. Please note the accomodation has a kitchenette with microwave,jug,toaster,electric fry pan ,all cutlery & crockery required. On the outdoor patio area there is a large BBQ with hob,saucepans & utensils are supplied.
