Historic cosy 4 BR cottage on large block in township, 400 metres from lake & shops. Perfect for family stays, child & infant-friendly- portacot available. Outdoor BBQ facilities incl. table/chairs & covered rear porch with lawned garden. Shared driveway & allocated 2 parking spaces each, for BnB & the separately rented rear villa. Carpet & heating in all bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen.. Air cond in large kitchen & lounge. Note: we have no pool onsite Historic cottage located at front of large block, in township- ample room for 2 BnB Guest's cars in the allotted car park spaces at the rear of the house which is accessed via the shared driveway: the other 2 spaces are reserved for the rear dwelling, which is separate from the BnB . This is a great, well-set up, immaculate and comfortable home with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and laundry amenities that are handy, for people to staying in the medium- long term. The safety and comfort of all our Guests is our priority, as is our respect for the neighbours on this quiet residential street. Accordingly, no house parties are allowed and the number of Guests is to equal the number of beds documented with the booking. The number of Guests gathered at the house is not to exceed the sleeping capacity of the house. Rear bungalow, external kitchen/ cleaning materials & equipment storage & shed area are for staff access only. The rear bungalow is separately rented. Just a short stroll from our B&B, at the end of Vale st is the Royal Mail Hotel where meals and entertainment are available. About 50 metres from the pub at Zephyr's, you'll be able to find the best coffee in Nagambie. As always, the Nagambie Rowing Club close to Harry's has lovely meals- please be sure to book a table, to avoid disappointment! As this is a quiet residential area Guest: numbers in excess of the published capacity of 11, events/ house parties or noise complaints from neighbours will result in Guests being asked to leave immediately and all booking monies paid will be non-refundable. Nagambie township and lake are a short stroll away. Park the car at the B&B to then take an easy walk to the Bakery, Rowing Club, restaurants and hotel. We now have a coffee maker available for guests to use. This is nice for guests who are arriving at Nagambie, after the cafes have closed. We provide a welcome tray of milk, coffee, teas and sugar for your comfort upon your arrival.
