Villa Laguna Villa Laguna is a charming 4-bedroom villa, sleeping 8 adults + 3 pax and a prime location in the sought after area of Sao Rafael where a beach and a small selection of restaurants and bars can be found within a short walk. From the moment you open the art deco style doors, it is evident that this fabulous property has been designed with careful attention to detail. A contemporary, open-plan layout in the lounge and dining area is complemented by high-quality furnishings to create a sophisticated atmosphere that resounds throughout the property. Upstairs, fitted wardrobes and chic furnishings in the bedrooms provide an effective contrast against the bold, cutting edge designs in the bathrooms, while a stylish games room with table tennis, pool table and lounge area is available for your enjoyment on the lower ground floor. Outside, ample refuge from the midday sun is provided. A covered terrace complete with rattan lounge furniture overlooks the private heatable pool (optional as an extra) and a covered dining area with built-in barbecue is located to the side of the villa. Villa Laguna is in a quiet neighbourhood, just 900m from the Sao Rafael beach, with beach bars and restaurants within walking distance. Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old Town along Fishermen's beach and the strip, quality restaurants, pubs, shops, supermarkets and the sparkling nightlife, is located within a 5 min. drive (2,5 km), which makes it ideal for families, couples and keen golfers as there are a couple of golf courses a few minutes’ drive away. Car Hire is not necessary, however, if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. ***Please note that for alteration of dates there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €150 to cover all administration costs incurred.***
