The house has just recently been restored to create a spacious vacation house that combines tradition with modern style, a perfect holiday base for 2 families or groups of friends. From the villa, there is only a 4-minute drive to the small village Cas Concos des Cavaller, where you will find local shops, cafés and restaurants. Cala d'Or and the beach is also only a 15-minute drive away. The villa has 2 entrances leading to two self-contained parts of the house, each with its own lounge, kitchen and dining room. Everyone can get together around the beautiful swimming pool and sun-terraces, the barbecue patio or in the long dining room with a table that seats up to 14 people.
