It has a private bathroom as en-suite. You'll enjoy your own privacy, quietness and street view. You could use living and kitchen whenever you need. However, kitchen might be busy as the host love cooking. Communicating your ideal cooking time and keeping the kitchen clean will be appreciated. Strathfield is located centrally of the entire Sydney, thus it's convenient to go all of Syd areas. Plenty of shops, cafe, and restuarants on the main streets. The front landscape still in progress, expected to finish in July 2019. So the front St view looks a bit run down.
