The place is only a few min. from the state road (SS130), which connects Assemini and Cagliari (distance about 12 km), and it's very well connected to the airport (about 7 km). Excellent position to reach the most popular beaches of South Sardinia. The apartment (located on the second floor and with an independent entry) is really cozy, nicely decorated and you will feel here like home. All this, together with its strategic position, makes the place extremely unique. The guests are allowed to use kitchen area, living room and all the common parts. Inside the apartment: – air conditioning (all the bedrooms) – wi-fi connection – kitchenette, microwaves and electric kettle – pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery and Italian coffee maker (moka) – a large kitchen table with the chairs – a small bookshelf, a TV cable and some movies (DVDs) – a sofa – touristic material (both about Cagliari and Sardinia in general) – iron, ironing board and internal clothesline – a baby crib (just in case) – baby high chair – smoke and gas detector – first-aid kit Inside the bathroom: – a washing machine – a shower cabin – shampoo, shower gel and hairdryer – I speak English, Spanish and French. – I'm always available for tips abouts restaurants and places (beaches, museums etc.) and even for a nice talk. When I'm not at home, you can contact me via mobile anytime. You'll find nearby bars, pizzerias, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets. Cagliari can be easily reached by car, train or bus (line 9). The nearest bus stop is only 2 min. by walk.
