The Stavromenos Villas are 3 neighbouring stone built villas with sea view, private swimming pools and gardens. They were built in springtime, 2006 some 500 meters from the beach on a terraced slope above the village of Stavromenos, in one of the most beautiful places of the central north coast of Crete. Villa Stamatis is the house in the center. It has 105 sqm of dwelling space on 2 floors and provides 6 beds. On the ground floor there is a living room with a couch set, satellite colour TV set and open fireplace, a dining area with an integrated open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, sea view and balcony, and a shower bathroom attaching to it. On the top floor there is a second bedroom with two single beds and sea view, a third bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bath tub and a washing machine, and a large balcony with garden furniture on the sea side. All bedrooms have separate air conditioning units. All bathrooms have warm water supply by solar collectors. Room cleaning as well as change of linen and towels twice per week. A baby cot will be prepared on request. Outside there is a terrace with a pergola and a dining table for 7 persons, a garden of 150 sqm with lawns and framed by natural stone walls, a swimming pool of 24 sqm size, garden furniture, deck chairs and sun umbrellas as well as a BBQ area and a parking space. Sunshades and deck chairs are available by the pool. Pool cleaning two or three times per week A bottle of wine, fruit and water will be prepared for your arrival. The landlord will also provide a map of Crete and give hints for excursions.
