BLAEN COED bright vintage-themed apt nr Prestatyn

Blaen Coed (before the woods) has a double bedroom; access is by external staircase. The apartment is self-contained and features a shower room, double bedroom and kitchen/lounge. It is equipped with four-ring cooker, microwave, fridge, and TV/DVD, iron and hairdryer. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and condiments; there are tea-towels, detergents and cleaning products provided. Bedding and towels also provided. The apartment accesses onto our courtyard garden. There is an arbour with seating in the courtyard, and there is also seating on the lawn at the front of the site, beside the fountain and pond. Yr Pafilion is located in the back garden, a log cabin with covered and illuminated sitting-out area for communal enjoyment of the outdoor space. A selection of books and tourism literature, games and CDs is stored inside Yr Pafilion which guests are invited to borrow, and also WiFi access, and a wine fridge. One of the two stables is available for storage of tack or sporting equipment or outdoor clothing - please discuss when booking . The North Wales coastal path is at the bottom of the village main street; we are at the top; local attractions include: - Mostyn Estate and Whitford woods within walking distance, and the Mostyn Farm Ride; - Talacre beach and lighthouse are just 3 miles away; - Popular Prestatyn High Street shopping with supermarkets and a new shopping precinct is 5 miles away; - Dyserth waterfall a short drive away; Rhyl's new Harbour Development and the spectacular Dragon Bridge; Rhuddlan village and castle; Historic Conway and Chester, and glorious Llandudno within 30 minutes' drive. - Many country pubs within easy reach. The frequent local bus service stops opposite the gate. Nearest train stations are Flint and Prestatyn. Designated car parking spaces are on the driveway at the front, and there is ample room for loose-boxes or trailers, by prior arrangement to allow forward planning. There is a chest in Yr Pafilion containing old towels which are available for any outdoor pursuits including visiting the beach – please DO NOT REMOVE towels or any of the linen from the apartment, which is provided for use inside the apartment only. Please bring your own beach towels. Smoking – Is NOT allowed inside the apartments or inside Yr Pafilion - visitors are requested to ensure that cigarette ends are completely extinguished and disposed of in the small sand filled bins provided, not on the ground. Guests found to be smoking in the apartments will be asked to leave.
