One of a kind lower level studio

Our comfortable lower level studio getaway in the Chicago west suburbs allows for an inexpensive excursion to Naperville or take the train to see the sights and sounds of Chicago. Cozy in winter and cool in summer. This has been my favorite hang out place for years till we decided to make it available for rent. Now others can share the blessing. Free driveway parking. Laundry facilities are available with prior approval. Nearby parks, prairie paths and family outdoor living space increase the enjoyment. Door keypad allows access and independent check-in (in case host is not available to meet guest during check-in process). I love to hear peoples stories but want to make people feel at home so there's no pressure to socialize. Our home office is used daily for work so we're available if needed. We can always be accessible via texting as well. We're realtors in the area so we know it well and are glad to assist you however we can. If you enjoy the outdoors, paths are available in every direction for walks, biking and even a few small lakes for fishing and boating. Shopping, restaurants and a theaters are available within 5-10 minute drive. Metra train service to Chicago is available 5 min north (Winfield) or south (Naperville) of home and usually takes 35 or 60 minutes. You will love the constantly changing downtown Naperville and ever expanding restaurants scene on Freedom Drive, Naperville. Uber or Lyft available onsite and on demand (schedule allowing for husband owner) available as well as Naperville (BNSF) Metra trains on the hour or more frequently during weekdays rush hour. We're right off the Winfield exit off 88. Order Uber Eats, Door Dash or Grubhub if you feel like not going out. The Metra station is about 4 miles from here to downtown Naperville Washington Street Station; this is the BNSF line. We call Warrenville "the hidden treasure." Our small community is easily accessed by nearby highways but surrounded with local forest preserves to give a more rural feel. Our residential area is filled with variety but recently a number of new homes are being built with similar layouts. Although these new homes are beautiful we've found our home to be the perfect size and layout for us. Lastly, the bed is a hideaway bed.
