The Country house with terrace (2/5 beds), are located at the Agriturismo Mare e Monti, between the green mountains and the blue of the sea (7 km) to the Amalfi Coast, a short distance from Pompei, Capri, Sorrento, Paestum and the Royal Palace of Caserta. The house is in the centre of Tramonti, a small town, 400 metres high above sea level boasting panoramic views, just Km.7 from Maiori beach. Tramonti is the birthplace of Mario Cuomo's mother, three times Governor of the State of New York and Andrew Cuomo's grandmother, up till now Governor of the same State. The cold and strong wind which blows from the mountains to the seawards, called by the mariners from all over the world "Tramontana" takes its name from Tramonti. The Country house consists of two bedrooms oldest dating between 700 and 800, a kitchen-dining room and a bathroom. The furniture in poor art, includes, among other things, a double bed and a wardrobe in wood craftsmanship. The house is also surrounded by about 1800 sqm of land of nature vineyard, walnut grove and orchard. Pets are welcome. Languages spoken: English, French and Spanish.
