The house is located in a quiet area, close to Ibiza city although the surroundings makes to you feel like in the countryside, it is fenced in a rural zone, located at 1.5km from Ibiza, 2km Playa de’n Bossa, 5km. to Las Salinas Beach, one of the most famous and Beautiful beaches in Ibiza. The closest Bus station is 500M from the house. One of the larggest supermarkets (Mercadona) is only 800M from the house. EXTRA FEE OF 350€ IS APPLIED ON 5 DAYS BOOKINGS The house has spectacular sea views from the top floor, fenced in a rural zone, located at 1.5km from Ibiza, 2km Playa de’n Bossa, 5km. to Las Salinas. The house has 5 bedrooms (one double, 4 twins) an extra room, with possibility an extra bed, in total could be 6 rooms, distributed on 2 floors. The bottom floor has 2 twin bedrooms, one complete bathroom, an ample kitchen, an ample living-dining room, with exit to the terrace and pool area and garden. Independent kitchen fully equipped, microwave, oven, dishwasher, wash machine, etc. The top floor has 3 bedrooms, one double and 2 twin, an extra room, with possibility of an extra bed, 2 full bathrooms, ample living-dining room, with exit to a spacious terraces with sea views. Pool is 10X6m. with terrace and sun-beds. This house can be rented for either 10 or 12 people. The house is only 4 minutes from the centre of Ibiza and Playa den'Bossa, 5 minutes walking to the big supermarket, 5 minutes driving to Restaurants, night clubs, shops etc. The house has a really good location. The check-in normally is at 16:00hrs and the check-out is at 10:00hrs, however we are very flexible with schedules, so, it's important to we know your arrival hour / carrier / and flight number to organize your arrival and give you the best welcome even we can let you know in advance if we can do the check-in as soon as you arrive, so please let us to know your flight details as soon as you get them. We appreciate to contact us a week before your arrival to give you directions to get the house. STAY IN THE HOUSE Due to the lack of rain and high temperatures on the island, please always be very careful if you use the barbecue, if you smoke or fire handle. Water is a scarce commodity, Use it with consciousness. • It is totally unacceptable to disturb neighbors with music or noise. Music and sounds between 10pm and 9am should be no more than 45 decibels. Parties are strictly prohibited in all properties and should the police be called to the home the client would be held fully responsible for any consequences and legal action against the property. • The rental client will be held responsible for any damages caused by the misbehavior of all the occupants of the property. • Gatherings and dinners for more guests than the property’s capacity are strictly prohibited unless otherwise prior agreed in writing. Permission will be granted at the owner discretion. Sound systems other than those provided by the property are strictly forbidden unless agreed the Owner prior to arrival • This property is prepared for a determined number of occupants. It is not permitted in any event to exceed the maximum occupancy of the property as advertised. • It is the responsibility of the client at all times to ensure that the number occupying the property matches the number of people on the reservation. Failure to comply with this rule will result in eviction or the payment of an occupancy supplement. • In the case of lost keys and fobs (failure to hand in the same number of keys as supplied on arrival) we are obligated to deduct the costs including admin fees for lock changes and maintenance services. • It is strictly prohibited to change the position of the furnishings in the property or to carry out any other modifications. • At times private or government building work can be taking place in the surrounding area. Neither the property owner and house manager have any influence over this work and cannot be held responsible for any disturbance it may cause. • Cuts to the supply of water, electricity or Internet are not regular. However, the local authorities can occasionally cut or limit supplies for short periods of time. Neither the owner property or House manager can take no responsibility for any inconvenience caused by temporary cuts to supply. • The rental price does not include personal travel insurance. It is recommended that the client obtains comprehensive travel insurance for the duration of their holiday. • The owner will accept no responsibility for loss or theft of the rental client or any occupier's property or for injury caused by incorrect use of facilities provided in the property.
