One bedroom near mall of Georgia and Gwinnett tech

Quiet room in a peaceful area not far from the mall of Georgia or downtown Lawrenceville! Near Gwinnett college as well. Feel free to ask for any suggestions or recommendations nearby! This is one bedroom in house and there is another listing for second bedroom if needing to book for more than one room. The bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living rooms are shared. There is no cable but smart tv can use your entertainment accounts to watch. There is no washer or dryer use. Coin laundry nearby. The bedroom is for your private use during your stay. The bedroom includes the bed which sleeps comfortably 2 people. There is a key for the room to lock while away. Must leave in room when checking out. If lost there is a $20 fee to replace doorknob. Anymore guests then 2 will have the option of floor or couch in living room for the additional fee up to 4 people. We have little mulberry park within 5 minute walking distance which is quite large and beautiful and has two lakes that allow fishing in spots. Great for walking hiking or biking. Within 30 mins driving distance you have downtown Lawrenceville, Suwannee and lake Lanier islands park. About 25 mins away from Gwinnett college. We are about 45 minutes from midtown Atlanta and about 55 minutes from the Atlanta airport. We are an hour drive away from Helen,Ga which has many options available like unique shops and town center along with tubing and many other experiences. There are many vineyards and wineries about an hour drive to visit and enjoy a day trip to check out each of the different places. If looking for six flags then that is also about an hour drive as well. Many many things within an hour drive to see and visit! Either taking Uber or lyft or if you have a car to travel around. Definitely have to drive to most places nearby. The park is in walking distance! There is a security camera that videos outside the house and entrance of the house for protection.
