A three-mile stretch of beach, lovely coastal walks and intoxicating sea air are ingredients that attract visitors to Perranporth and to this pleasant villa. Situated in a prime position within 50 metres of the magnificent Perranporth Beach is this two-bedroom villa, an ideal holiday home for those who enjoy the seaside and has easy access to some of the best coastline in the country. Under cover parking for one car and access to the beach Undercover parking for one car is at the front entrance. Downstairs accommodation: Kitchen: Recent units with ample work surfaces. There is an electric cooker, fridge with a small freezer compartment and a microwave. Lounge/diner: A spacious room with double glazed door which leads out towards the beach. There are two comfy sofas, a dining table with chairs and bench to accommodate five people and a freeview TV with a DVD player. Upstairs: Bedroom one: Kingsize bed with a single day bed (3ft) This room has a small balcony with views to the nearby sand dunes. Bedroom two: Two single beds suitable for adults and children. Bathroom: Bath with shower over, basin and WC. * Parking for one car is allocated under cover solely for use of Flat 17. (Additional parking space can be obtained at a small extra cost.) * Please note due to the archway into the main car park: the parking area is limited to the height of 7"4'and no wider than a standard car. Myself and my husband are available by phone at all times. Perranporth is famous for its three mile stretch of beach that attracts surfers , swimmers and walkers alike. Equally inviting is our very own pub on the beach The Wateringhole which is one of the top beach bars in the Country, it is known for its summer festivals, Tunes in the Dunes & Bands in the Sands , this year we have also seen a new restaurant The Summer House & a lively cocktail bar called Alcatraz , all of which are right on Perranporth Beach. The village offers shops selling many unusual items and gifts. A short car journey takes you to the city of Truro , Newquay, The Eden Project , St Agnes , St Ives and a few hours in the car to Lands End. There is local transport to get you around. The nearest Train Station is either Truro or Newquay. With immediate effect due to the additional cleaning services we are unable to accommodate guests with Dogs/animals going forward. All existing confirmed bookings during the remainder of 2020 will be honoured.
