A quick Uber ride will get you to Mindil Beach Casino, the CBD or over to the Darwin Waterfront Precinct. Uber drivers are located 1-2 minutes away in Parap. Neuron bikes can be found nearby at Parap, the Darwin Trailer Boat Club and at Fannie Bay shops and can be ridden right to your front gate. Check out their 3 day pass or 7 day pass options. Parking: Parking is available on street opposite the property. There is a yellow line down the length of the street on the property side of the road which means this side of the street is a permanent, non-parking zone. Check In: Check in is from 3pm. Check Out: Check out is no later than 11am. TV & Wifi: The property has a smart TV. Keys: Lost keys will incur a $50 replacement charge. Guests & Noise Levels: The property is only suited to 2 adult guests. No children or infants are permitted to stay in the bungalow. Large gatherings and parties are not allowed in the bungalow. We are in a residential area and noise needs to be kept to a level that does not impact on people living nearby. Rubbish: The wheelie bins are located to the right of the main driveway. Landfill Rubbish - Please tie off bags before placing in the red lid bin. Recyclables – Please remove lids from any containers and put all recyclables loosely in one of the yellow lid bins.
