Karaka Rural Guest House

Private guest suite separated from the main house by a shared laundry area. A spacious sunny living area, a modern fully equipped kitchen, complete with oven, hobs, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The lounge has a heat pump to keep you cosy (or cool), Sky TV, rural wireless internet & the home is double glazed. There are 2 Double bedrooms complete with brand new furnishings, KS & QS beds. As well as a deck area, including outdoor table. The setting is beautiful, private and comfortable. Tea, coffee, milk, bottled water and a selection of cereals and canned fruit are complimentary. Rural wireless internet and a secure safe. Guests also have access to a washing machine and tumble drier as well as an indoor drying rack and outdoor washing line. Please note washing powder/liquid is not provided for the washing machine. There is a hair dryer and an iron. A separate floor mattress is available on request. For those with children the following can also be provided: - a porta-cot (including mattress). - childrens books and toys. We will be here to greet you, however we give our guests space but are close by if they need assistance with anything. As we live onsite, any assistance you require is no problem. Our neighbourhood offers the best of both worlds. Only minutes by car to the shops but with a total rural feel and freedom to explore the open spaces. Nearby - Pukekohe Shops, Restaurants, Train Station, Supermarkets, The Red Shed Cafe, St Margarets Cafe, Paddock to Pantry Market, Simunovich Olive Estate, Karaka Bloodstock, Pukekohe Park V8s, Glenbrook Railway, Kariotahi & Port Waikato Beaches. If you are a keen golfer we are just 3 minutes away from the well maintained Pukekohe Golf Club. If you are a motorsport enthusiast we are only a 30 minute commute to Hampton Downs. You will need a car to get around as public transport is limited. However we are only a 10 minute car ride to the nearest train station - either at Papakura or Pukekohe, where you can leave your car at the free carpark and travel into Auckland City. This is a secure, gated property in the heart of the sought-after, rural district of Karaka. Staying here is an opportunity to experience this desirable area like a local.
