It is important to know, that the apartment building doesn't have a lift. Therefore it isn't suitable for elderly or disabled people. Pets are not allowed. Parking The car park is 200 meters from the apartment in Calle Pablo Iglesias, 30. Parking costs 13 Euros per 24 hours or 42 Euros per 5 days. However, it is possible to park for free on the street. Other Things to Note Electricity costs are not included in the rent and have to be paid separately. The cost of electricity consumption varies between 2-5 euro per day (depending on the use of air conditioning). We ask a security deposit of 100 euro to be paid in cash on arrival in the apartment, which will be returned to you on the departure day also in cash.
